Our Mission
St. Mary Catholic School graduate, Jeff Edmonds, gave up his spring break and traveled to New Orleans to help with Hurricane Katrina relief efforts.
We were so touched and inspired by Jeff's presentation to our school children that we realized we must do something hands on.
Sr. Pat has recruited a group that will travel to New Orleans at the end of June.
The Helping Hands Organization of the Archdiocese of New Orleans will provide a work site and safety equipment. The estimated cost per person for travel and housing is $500. Any financial support offered to help offset the cost of travel and housing would be greatly appreciated.
